Josh has been in the lending industry since 1999 when he began his career at JP Morgan Chase. After serving in the United State Marine Corps for 4 years he began his career as a Junior Loan Officer. He quickly became one of the top loan officers in an office of 150+. Josh later expanded his career with C2 Financial and eventually founded his own boutique mortgage brokerage, PGS Home Loans. Josh founded PGS Home Loans to provide a better way for people to obtain home financing. With the intent of creating the best lending company, Josh envisioned a process where the customer comes first. Josh enjoys surfing, golfing, mountain biking and taking trips with his family. He is very active in the San Diego community and loves coaching his children’s sports teams.
